Initially, we had focused on producing excellent quality hygienically vacuum packed Tofu (Soy Cheese/ Curd/ Paneer), but keeping in mind the up growing market demand, we introduced flavored Soymilk in Four Popular Flavors viz. 1) Pineapple 2) Mango 3) Rose 4) Elaichi (Cardamom). Furthermore, as the consumer demand of flavored Soymilk increased, we brought in Two more different varieties of rich Soy milk flavors viz. Creamy Chocolate and Cold Coffee in the month of April '2007'. Initially the shelf life of the Tofu in vacuum pack under refrigeration was up to two Calendar weeks only. Again, in view to the domestic as well as export demands & needs, we have developed specialty process procedures without adding any kind of preservatives in order to augment the shelf life time period of the Vacuum Packed Tofu up to Three Calendar months naturally, if stored under appropriate refrigeration till its complete consumption.
